AXA Management Committee

🏛️ AXA Management Committee assists the Chief Executive Officer in the operational management of the Group and in the implementation of the strategy defined by the Board of Directors. It serves as a key executive body that ensures the coordination of AXA’s various business units and central functions, focusing on strategic, financial, and operational excellence across the Group's global footprint.

👥 Composition. As of February 1, 2026, the Management Committee was comprised of fifteen members, including six women and nine men. The committee brings together a diverse range of expertise and nationalities, reflecting the Group's international presence. It includes the Group’s top executive leadership, such as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, and the CEOs of major market segments including AXA France, AXA XL, and International Markets.

🧭 Mission and operation. The Management Committee meets regularly to review the Group’s performance, coordinate major cross-functional projects, and foster synergies between business lines. Its work notably covers the oversight of sustainability initiatives, technological transformation (including AI), and the monitoring of risk appetite in collaboration with the Group Chief Risk Officer. While the committee has no formal decision-making power under French law—which rests with the CEO and the Board—it is essential for steering the Group's day-to-day operations and preparing strategic orientations. The Management Committee is further supported by the **Partners Group**, a circle of approximately thirty senior executives who contribute to the development of key strategic initiatives and ongoing strategic dialogue.
